Current Music Playlist | October 2016

I love music and think that it can really help your emotional state and it can be an escape for any sort of reason. I’ve always had quite a varied music taste. I can listen to most genres of music from rock to pop.

Here is the top 10 in my playlist at the moment:

Meet my pet | Cleo

I have one pet, a cat and her name is Cleo. She has black fur with grey flecks going through her chest and paws. We had her from a kitten about 8 years ago, when a lady who we used to get eggs from was moving back to Ireland. Her cat had two kittens a grey sort of tabby and a black one. When my parents told us about them, my sisters and I decided we would like the grey one and we were going to call it Fleur. What I didn’t know was apparently my dad had said to my mum we could get both. We went as a family to have a look at them, however when we got there another family had already been and taken the grey one, so we were left with the other. When I saw her though, I fell in love – she was gorgeous. We decided to name her Cleo Fleur. When we got her home she was so timid and quiet. It took her a while to get used to the house and we had to keep her in certain rooms to begin with as she hadn’t had all her injections.

Roaccutane Journey | Month 1

I have been taking Roaccutane for a month now and am going to share my experience so far.

When I started taking the tablets I knew my fattiest meal would be in the evening so decided that would be the best time to take them, however I found it hard to remember to take them and my boyfriend was always reminding me. I take my other tablets first thing in the morning and am in a routine doing that, so I just think it’s going to take time to get used to taking these tables with my meal.

Starting Roaccutane

I have suffered with spots since I was a teenager and have spoken about it previously on my blog, but have never really said how bad it effects my self esteem. When I look at myself in the mirror, bare skin, I feel like I want to claw my face off. I despise the way I look and it’s all down to spots. I always want to cover up face, I put tonnes of foundation on and just want to hide behind a mask.

Back to college essentials!

Untitled

As some of you may know, after 3 years, I have decided go back to college and I will be starting next week to follow my dream of going into healthcare OH MY GOD, I’M BACK IN EDUCATION! The funny thing is I never really enjoyed college the first time around, I mainly just liked the social aspect. However I am seriously excited to start learning again, I’m not sure why exactly as I think a few months down line I’ll be crying ‘WHHYYY, why did I do this to myself’. Perhaps it’s because I am doing something completely different and it feels like a fresh start. Who knows? But Monday can’t come quick enough.

An honest chat..

IMG_0984 (2)

I feel like having a chat. I’m not sure why really, I just feel like expressing myself today. I’m feeling quite spaced out, like nothing seems real and the days are just flowing past. Is this what it feels like growing up? My mother always says the days just fly by. It seems as if life has no purpose, I mean it obviously does. I just feel like I am not getting anywhere.
