How to maintain your health
When we think about general health maintenance, we think of the hobbies and practices that allow us to move forward and grow from week to week. For instance, it’s not uncommon for us to think about the exercise we do. The meditation we try and keep on top of, or the ways in which we focus on eating healthy foods.
But it’s true that during the middle of the day, when we feel tired, a little unfocused, and a bit untethered, we may wish for something to bring us back down to Earth. Something to get us away from being chained to our work desk, be that at an office, behind a reception, or at home.
Are there ways of topping up your health throughout the day? Simple efforts, that can bring with them a refreshed state of feeling or the ability to work out some of your kinks? We believe this is more than possible. In this post, we’ll discuss how to maintain your health and more.

Stretch If You Can
It’s good to stretch to the degree that we’re able. Often, a mid-sized pole you can use to stretch your shoulders can help you gently strengthen your rotator cuff, while resistance bands can also provide a similar effect. If you have room, then a few yoga poses, or simply performing standing stretches. Things such as stretching your quadriceps, can make a big difference in how loose and able you feel. Over time, this makes a big difference and enables you to feel more actualized than you otherwise would.
Keep Sanitizers & Masks Handy
Keeping a few sanitizers and masks handy in your day-to-day bag can help you protect yourself against the rising levels of Covid. Sure, we’re being taught to live with it for now, but that doesn’t mean you have to accept getting or that you can never take steps to mitigate such an outcome. If you’re able to do this, you’ll feel so much more confident and capable in your daily planning. This can also be a perfect resource to offer your children should they need it too. Be you heading out to the shopping mall or just helping them stay hygienic after using public park climbing equipment. A Saba hand sanitiser spray will be the perfect choice.
Stay Hydrated & With Electrolytes
Replacing electrolytes can be an important thing to consider, particularly if you’re partaking in dietary habits like intermittent fasting. For instance, drinking coconut water, enjoying fruit like bananas, drinking milk where you can (the calcium boost here is also fantastic). As well as eating foods like watermelon or avocado can have a massive difference, and can be snacked on or integrated into other meals. Furthermore, purchasing a flask that keeps your water in good condition throughout the day can mean that even in busy environments, you always meet your hydration goals, is absolutely key. A strong balance of this sort can help you thrive.
With this advice, we believe you’ll continue to top up your health throughout the day. Establishing a responsible and sustainable approach to self-care.
