This week has been quite a bit less eventful than last week. Went back to work after my lovely holiday. Had a really bad week with anxiety, and had a couple of panic attacks. Also I have been having countless migraines which have been causing me a lot of pain and stress, I think it’s down to the pressure in the air. Although, I have been good with healthy eating, I have decided not to eat chocolate during the week. So far so good.
