Last week I went to Cardiff as the brand new H&M store was opening and they kindly invited me to attend the launch event. I went along with my friends Holly, Neesha and Charlotte, we excitedly waited on the red carpet ready for 5 o’clock to arrive as we were allowed in an hour before the public to take photographs and have a nose around the amazing two floors. On first impressions I was overwhelmed. There were gorgeous clothes everywhere and it was a lot to take in. As we wondered around the store there were mocktails and the most amazing cupcakes (made by Cup & Cake Bakery) being handed around.
Last week I was lucky enough to attend the Cardiff Lush Christmas event. I popped along with my friends and fellow bloggers Charlotte, Holly, Neesha and Ffion where we were greeted by loads of other bloggers and glasses of festive drinks and snacks. We were taken in groups to see the Christmas range, the lovely Jade and Lorna showed us around and explained in detail about all the different products.
We started upstairs where talked about a variety of products including; Fairy Dust dusting powder and the new First Snow dusting powder, Santa’s Belly shower jelly and Christingle body conditioner.
I was recently looking through some old photos and noticed that for much of my younger years I looked quite similar. Obviously my facial features were changing but very slightly. I look at a picture of me now and still see my old self but my style has changed a lot. I think it was at the end of school and throughout college I changed the way I looked using products. My sister on the other hand I feel hasn’t changed that much at all with the way she looks, however I think her fashion style has changed a lot more than mine has. Maybe it’s just me, or maybe we all change the way we look. Do we all go through ‘phases’ at the same age? Perhaps you’ve always looked the same and then boom you hit 30 and your style changes drastically.
